Affitech A/S was formed in May 2009 by a combination of Oslo, Norway-based Affitech ASi, a human antibody therapeutics research company and Pharmexai A/S, a publicly traded former vaccine research and development company, based in Denmark.
The combination starts the transformation of Affitech into a major human antibody company with research labs in Oslo, Norway and Finance, Administration, Investor Relations and Communications in Copenhagen, Denmark.
