Affitech’s latest Prospectus was prepared in connection with the admission to trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S (“NASDAQ OMX”) of a total of 260,187,010 already issued shares of DKK 0.50 nominal value each (the “Transaction Shares”) issued on April 22nd, 2010 and registered in VP SECURITIES A/S on May 27th, 2010 to Trans Nova Investments Limited (“Trans Nova”)
(“Trans Nova Transaction”). No further Shares in Affitech A/S were issued in connection with the publication of this Prospectus.
